YOUR TYPICAL DAY IN THIS ROLE :

This is a full-time position with an 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri schedule and exciting opportunities for overtime.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of previous experience in property management maintenance or a related trade

Preferred Qualifications :

• A knack for turning maintenance challenges into success stories
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
